This is the starting point! This package includes three sessions. We will discuss your fitness level, Pilates experience, past injuries, and goals. The workout during these initial sessions will guide us in developing a program to best meet your needs.
Looking for a workout partner? Fill our Partner Program Questionnaire and we will be happy to place you with a partner. Duo sessions are to be approved by the studio and partners must be at the same level.
Each private session is one-on-one instruction utilizing both the equipment and mat work. Depending on your commitments, talk to us and we can put together a program that works for you.
These are small group training sessions that are geared to groups like athletes and dancers.
Classes limited to 10 participants so everyone receives individual instruction. Additional pieces of equipment including weights, Magic Circles, barrels and other accessory pieces may be used.
Small group workshops on a variety of topics including posture, healthy feet & ankles, proper stretching and productivity improvement exercises.
Allow clients to continue to progress in their understanding and development of the mat exercises while increasing their strength, flexibility, control, flow, precision and breathing. There are various levels of mat classes that our instructors will help place clients in according to level and need.
